Will protest to French about a projected French settlement on Santa Lucia, and the seizure of a vessel at Martinique; Mardyke; Stanhope has left for Spain and the Duke of Parma will assist in persuading Spanish Court to sign a treaty with the Emperor; Mar and Dillon; King of Poland uneasy at understanding between Russia and Prussia; Jacobite couriers.
