Folio 159: Shrewsbury to Dartmouth. A revised act of cession by the Elector of Bavaria has been sent to Utrecht. Shrewsbury has asked for orders to be sent to French Governors in America and asked that British government sends similar orders to their Governors. Marshall Villars is posted instead of Harcourt on Rhine. Marshall Bezons will go to Moselle. Both have large armies.
