Folio 143: Shrewsbury to Dartmouth. De Torcy agrees that four places on coast of Tuscany should be in Emperor's possession after Treaty between Germany and Spain is ratified, and supports proposition made by British plenipotentiary at Utrecht that Mantua should be temporarily secured by a Swiss garrison. Kirchner's proposition concerning Elector of Bavaria. De Torcy has persuaded Elector to agree on condition that the Marquisat de Burgon is joined to others already offered him.
