Folio 137: Shrewsbury to Dartmouth. Starhemberg expects Admiral Jennings and General Ross to be at Barcelona before ceasefire and evacuation arrangements can be settled. Weldon, captured aboard the Sherbourn, asked Shrewsbury to help him regain his private effects.Received letter from East India Company asking him to represent them. Prior has visited Pajot, the Parisian deputy-Postmaster, about the papers received from English Postmasters.
