Folio 67: Pontchartrain to Dartmouth. Palu and Dupré have not yet been released and returned, despite Dartmouth's orders. Will write to King of Spain about English imprisoned there, in particular a Mr. Carpenter; he will try to get British prisoners returned from Sicily. Requests that de la Bouchetiere and others be returned to France, since the Middletons have not been released according to the parole agreement.
