Folio 49: Pontchartrain to Dartmouth. Asks that British authorities return a similar number of French prisoners for the British prisoners returned after the capture of the Depesche. Hopes the Middletons will be returned. Desires release of French crews from La Becace and L'aspirante imprisoned at Plymouth for eighteen months. Asks that Alexandro [Danzeel] captain of a French privateer be exchanged or at least taken out of iron fetters.
