Folio 27: Pontchartrain to Dartmouth. Thanks Dartmouth for returning French prisoners held at Kinsale. Asks that Captain Moya be returned to France should he arrive in England, to face [criminal proceedings]. Cunningham's petition that a hostage held at Calais be released, cannot be granted until ransom money is paid. Asks that Middletons be released as de la Bouchetiere and other British officers have already been returned. Also asks for release of Rigby.
