Folio 228: Pontchartrain to Dartmouth. Requires justice towards de Varennes. The inhabitants of Isles des Saintes who attacked Knap were not fishermen and so pact was not violated. Wants Dartmouth to provide passport so that four men in Holy Orders may go from Marseilles via Cadiz to Ceuta with freed Moslems to obtain the release of Frenchmen enslaved by the Moslems.
