Folio 152: Pontchartrain to Dartmouth. Serious complaints about privateers from Jersey and Guernsey which attack French fishing boats and use the fishermen as pilots. Claims that English owe French 3, 126 prisoners in exchange. The packet boat contractor will be paid more regularly as requested.
