Folio 114: Pontchartrain to Dartmouth. Suggests Dartmouth should consult King of Spain about proposal to exchange prisoners taken at Zaragoza and Brihuega and Villaviciosa. Promises compensation, where justified, from privateers of Calais and Dunkirk. Requires punishment of privateers from Jersey and Guernsey for capturing fishing boats and utilising them to seize merchant vessels in the roads of La Rochelle. Demands release of Dominique Wake, forced to change her religion and serve an English lieutenant.
