Folio 104: Pontchartrain to Don Diego de Mendoça, the Portuguese Secretary of State. Complains that 750 men and certain officers have been kept prisoner at Rio de Janeiro, although promises made to restore them. Requires return of French prisoners according to treaty of November 1707.
