Folio 90: Pontchartrain to Dartmouth. Extra parole time given to Grant and others to remain in England for an extra six months. Complains of maltreatment of French officers captured and taken on board the Essex. Requires severe punishment of captain of the Kent for harsh treatment of Bangrand, captain of Le Content. If these outrages go unpunished, France will be forced to retaliate.
