Folio 21: Pontchartrain to Dartmouth. Denies French vessels have violated fishing pact; accuses Richard Robinson and Dursley of doing so when their ships from Guernsey and Jersey seized French fishing boats in unjustified reprisal. Complains of prisoners' lack of bread at Plymouth and Kinsale. Denies that Daniel Linkstan serving in French army is English. Agrees to free English officers if Sunderland will free Irish at Newgate.
