Folio 151: Prior to Dartmouth. Passports received. Spain ready to acknowledge the Protestant succession after Philip's renunciation to the French throne; French granted general amnesty to Catalans. Agreement between France and England to exchange all their prisoners including those in Spain; notification of the suspension of arms sent to the Governors of the plantations in America as well as to the Spanish colonies; orders to the colonies duplicated. Discourse about distribution of passports.
