Folio 251: Extract from the Register of the Resolutions of the States General. All Colleges of the Admiralties to be ordered to complete their ships. Portugal will be asked to hand over two Dutch ships taken into Tagus by Capt Holmes as prizes, according to the Dutch-Portuguese treaty. The States General deplore the action of Zeeland, whereby they took soldiers from `Flanders' and Bergen-op-Zoom to garrison the island of Padsant [?Kadzand].
