Folio 146: Philip IV to States General. Memorial replying to Dutch complaints. He has ordered that restitution or compensation be made over Dutch vessels wrongly arrested, but will continue to arrest Dutch vessels taking arms to Portugal. Asks Dutch to stop the traffic in arms.
