Folio 109: Bampfield to Bennet. Promises by his future intelligence services to make amends for his past disloyalty to the King. Louis XIV has signed ratification of Franco-Dutch treaty. He is assured there is a secret appendix which will only be communicated to the States of Holland, agreeing to exclude the Prince of Orange [from eventually taking power]. The Emperor has married the Infanta of Spain.
