Folio 107: De Bacquoy to [Williamson]. Problem of l'argent de tonneau which favours French merchant shipping at the expense of the Dutch, and Dutch counter measures. Some cities in Holland now support claims by the Order of Malta, mainly in order to annoy Haarlem. Dutch ambassadors for Portugal. Arrival of Muscovite embassy to the States General. King of Poland prepares to confront the Confederation. States of other Provinces reject Holland's form of public prayer [giving Holland pre-eminence].
