Folio 105: John van Haesdonck to Charles II. Relates his unsuccessful attempts to get reparation for losses sustained as a result of the capture by the Dutch of four ships under his command in 1645. Requests his case may be referred to the Commissioners appointed to meet the Dutch ambassadors; failing which, that alternative steps may be taken for the reparation of his losses.
