Notes of meetings and discussions between the authority and the Minister on the compilation and execution of building projects are available on the files together with reports and observations from HM Inspectors.
Also included in the papers are particulars of the purchase of land or buildings, approval of expenditure for initial equipment, schedules of accommodation, copies of conveyances and details of loan sanction from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government.
