(b) "Archives du Tribunal de Gand". - Safe-conducts, &c, granted by Louis, earl of Flanders, 1350 to 1356; promulgation of an ordinance by Margaret, duchess of Parma, 18 Dec 1563; letter of James VI of Scotland in favour of Sir Wm de Sempil, 2 July 1588; and an order relative to English cloth, dated 30 June 1654.
