Description

Folios 223-6: Charles Alison not suitable "in manners or appearance" for Greece. Question of recognition of achievements of explorers Speke, Grant and Livingstone. Poland: French persistence for identic notes to Russia should be resisted. Portuguese slave trading: a commission of enquiry would be fruitless. Spain: question of naval search in Cuban waters.
