Asking him to arrange with the Viceroy of Ireland to allow 260 barrels of butter due to be shipped in the Portuguese vessel Nossa Senhora do Carmo, Captain Rebello, but which were stopped by the embargo, to be shipped in another vessel for Portugal on Portuguese account.
