Folio 192: R. Walpole to Earl of Hillsborough. Will take the first opportunity of discussing the Armed Neutrality with Ayres de Sá. Court intends to return from Queluz to Lisbon. Preparations are being made to install the royal family `in the great buildings in thePraça do Comercio' at Lisbon, in view of the King's illness. Walpole hopes the Court will decide to stay at Lisbon, since its residences at Queluz and at Ajuda are so inconvenient for the foreign ministers.
Date and place: 1780 Aug 21 Lisbon.
