Petitioning for the release of the cargo of wine and olive oil embargoed in the French-built but Portuguese-owned ship Nossa Senhora do Bom Fim e Santa Maria, Alexandre da Costa, master. Endorsed as delivered by L. Pinto de Sousa to Lord Stormont on 22 June 1780.
