Folio 276: R. Walpole to Ayres de Sá. Capt. Allen has suspended Lt. Lowe from his rank, pending a decision by the Admiralty, and he hopes this will satisfy the Court of Portugal. Warns him against Jones, as being a dangerous criminal. Complains of Ayres de Sá's offensive language in latter's latest letter.
