Folio 226: Viscount Weymouth to R. Walpole. All the papers relating to the Bienfaisant are now being considered by the Admiralty. He is to inform Ayres de Sá of Lieut. Philip's recent promotion (f.224), and to add that H.M. is always ready `to reward the services that any of his subjects may have acceptable to Her Most Faithful Majesty'.
