Folio 443: L. Pinto de Sousa to Viscount Weymouth. Queen of Portugal is extremely annoyed at the repeated disregard of Portuguese neutrality by British naval officers, who have now instituted a virtual blockade of the ports of the Algarve. Seizure of the Lively from Farrobilhas by HMS Levant (f.445). Reparation and satisfaction demanded.
