Folio 413: R. Walpole to Viscount Weymouth. Encloses copies of correspondence from Consul Lempriere at Faro, the Captain-General of the Algarve, and Ayres de Sá (ff.415-433) over the seizure of the schooner Lively by Capt. Murray of HMS Levant. Walpole thinks Murray was clearly in the wrong; the Portuguese government have taken great umbrage and are demanding satisfaction.
