Folio 289: Ayres de Sá e Mello to R. Walpole. Queen is satisfied with the formal apology of the Captain of HMS Pelican, and arrest of the guilty first-lieutenant. She has therefore ordered that the Pelican can leave at any time; and she would like the captain to release and reinstate the lieutenant.
