Folio 279: R. Walpole to Viscount Weymouth. Bolts did give up his Mediterranean pass to Sir John Hort. Latest news of his activities at Leghorn. Pombal has agreed to return the ship Unity (f.281), and release the imprisoned crew; but no compensation will be paid, as he maintains `they were carrying on a contraband trade in the herb called Urzella' (woad).
