Folio 202: R. Walpole to Viscount Weymouth. Encloses copies (ff.205-222) of official correspondence, relating to the South American imbroglio, just received from Pombal. His comments thereon. King Joseph generally believed to be `in a declining way, but not in immediate danger'. Project to establish a French-North American trade via Lisbon. Portuguese still retain possession of the ship Unity.
