Folio 140: Viscount Weymouth to Sir John Hort. Steps will be taken to bring to trial the mate, Alexander Kidd, for the manslaughter of the sailor, Robert Jackson (f.115). Hort must explain what is happening about the British seamen imprisoned at Lisbon for seven years without trial. His reports on Spanish naval intelligence are welcome and should be continued.
