Folio 148: Sir John Hort to Earl of Rochford. Incident over H.M.S. Liverpool Capt. Braithwaite R.N., with the subsequent arguments on both sides. Ignominious and unfair dismissal of two British pilots "reduced from decent maintenance to beggary," and his protest sofar ignored. No progress in the Argyle or Connell affairs.
