Description

Folio 67: "Facts stated by Mons. de Mello, relative to the tax which Mons. da Silva was forced to pay." Arguing that Portuguese merchants residing in London are entitled to reciprocal privileges enjoyed by the British merchants in Portugal, by virtue of the Anglo-Portuguese treaties.
