Folio 52: E. Hay to General J. Irwin. Thanks him for his letter (f.41). Count of Oeiras has similar information; but Hay on the whole inclines to agree with Hardy (f.50), that the troop movements are only connected with the price of corn. Will continue to transmitany relevant news.
