Folio 22: H. Seymour Conway to E. Hay. Reprimands him politely but clearly for not pressing harder to obtain satisfaction to his representations on behalf of John Bristow and other claimants. He is to renew these forthwith, and `to receive it as a general rule that when a business is once recommended to your care, you would continue to pursue it to a determination, even though you should not receive any new instructions from hence'.
