Description

Folio 33: E. Hay to Earl of Halifax. As instructed, will press claim of Mr. Charles Douglas of Calcutta against Caetano Correia de Sá, former Portuguese Governor of Mozambique, for provisions supplied to that place when in distress, 1746.
