Folio 17: E. Hay to Earl of Halifax. Court and diplomatic news. Salvage of the Molly sloop from New York by Portuguese fishermen. Encloses deposition by two surviving English crew (f.19), relating to murder of Capt. Hartley and hijacking of vessel by 4 Spaniards and a French black. Two of the criminals arrested. Wreck of the Prince George transport off Fayal and its aftermath.
