Denunciation of the `infamous libel called the North Britain No.45', the contents of which are held `in the utmost contempt and abhorrence' by the British community and well-informed Portuguese. Regrets the loss of the Hanover packet-boat in the Bristol Channel, with few lives saved. Court news.
