King George is considerably annoyed that Portuguese ministers have procrastinated so long and so evasively over the reiterated demands made for the redress of British merchants grievances. Will wait a little longer, to see if De Mello will bring a satisfactory answer. He is to find out the date of De Mello's return, not concealing the King's dissatisfaction at being kept so long without a reply.
