Folio 287: E. Hay to Earl of Egremont. As ordered, he has been pressing the Count of Oeiras to give a favourable reply to the complaints of the British Factory at Oporto against the Alto Douro Wine Co. but the Count continues to evade doing so, being very tenacious`in everything relating to the Wine Company'.
