Folio 35: Count of Oeiras to Earl of Loudoun. Replying to his pro-memoria of the 24th (f.27), concerning the supply of bread, firewood, straw, barley and oats, horses and mules. Expects these difficulties can be resolved if Loudoun recognizes the arguments in favour of the Portuguese viewpoint which are given here.
