Description

Folio 6: Count Schaumburg-Lippe to Earl of Egremont. Asks for clarification as to whether the Portuguese troops should take precedence of the English on the right of the line in Portugal only, as Lord Tyrawly maintains, or in Spain also, as Count of Oeiras strongly contends. Troop movements. Recommends Capt. MacBean R.A. for promotion to major.
