Folio 321: Sir H. Frankland to Earl of Egremont. Forwards, at the Consul-General's request, papers relating to the complaints of the British Factory at Oporto against the Alto Douro Wine Co. (ff.323-33). Apologises for doing this when so much has already been sent on this subject, but he cannot well refuse.
