Folio 192: Memorial of the Committee of the British Factory at Lisbon to E. Hay. Protesting against recent illegal innovations in their grain-trade by the Lisbon Senate, enclosing particulars of a particularly flagrant instance inflicted on Edward Taylor (f.192). As Consul-General's protests have proved unavailing, they request him to take up the matter.
Date and place: 1761 [July] Lisbon.
