Folio 182: Sir H. Frankland to R. Wood. At request of British Factory at Oporto, forwards enclosed papers (ff.184-88) relating to renewed complaints against the monopolistic Alto Douro Wine Co. Hay can do nothing more for them `as the Ministry here seem determined to support the Company.'.
