Memorial stating at great length their grievances over the Brazil trade and the damage done them by the establishment of the monopolistic Portuguese companies for the trade with Pernambuco-Paraiba and Maranhão-Para. Endorsed: `Copy sent to the Lords of Trade, Jan. 1765'.
