Folio 120: Earl of Kinnoull to W. Pitt. Perplexing problem of the British and French ambassadors refusing to yield precedence to each other at Court. Further developments analysed at great length. Portuguese government suggests ambassadors should be received in order of the seniority of their arrival. Requests instructions on this. Marriage of the Princess of the Brazils to her uncle Dom Pedro, to the great joy of the whole nation and all well-wishers to Portugal. Arrival of Jesuits deported from Brazil who will be sent to Civitta Vecchia.
