Folio 245: Consul-General and members of the British Factory at Lisbon to W. Pitt. Undesirable precedent created by the confiscation of the money taken from Humphrey Bunster in May 1755, which imperils whole foundation and structure of British trade. Ask for King George's intervention to get redress and abolition of the law against the export of bullion.
